Tasting Notes
Our 2011 Bon Passe reveals exuberant notes of black-cherry, cappuccino, cedar, and ripe raspberry. Medium-body with silky tannins, the palate is round and concentrated with mouthwatering flavors of chocolate, almond, fig, and black currant. The wine is well balanced and the vintage’s lower tannin content make for a more approachable and earlier maturing wine than previous vintages. Enjoy now!Vineyard Designation

2011 was one of the coolest vintages on record with mild temperature for most of the season. Attention to detail during this season was key to maximize fruit quality and handle the challenges created by cooler temperatures and rain. We carefully picked our fruit from October 21 to 24, taking advantage of the last window of warmer weather while avoiding impending rains.| Vintage | 2011 |
